General Terms (these terms apply to all competitions that are part of the Promotion)
- "Rip It Off for Cash Aid" promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years+, excluding employees of Harvest Juices Ltd (the producers of White Mountain Water) and their immediate families (the “Promoter”) and those professionally connected with the Promotion.
- All entries must be registered with the company by way of the registration form. Apply online @ www.whitemountain.ie
- By taking part in this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Purchase necessary. Collect tokens on Promotion bottles
- The opening date for the Promotion is 1st January 2010 and the closing date is 23:00 on 24th December 2011.
- Each club, school or charity can double the value of their tokens by running promotions authorised by the company.
- Each token will be worth 0.5 of a penny or cent (depending on the location of the entity) for equipment, and half this value for cash.
- All equipment will be sourced from partners of Harvest Juices Ltd only.
- An approx waiting period of 90 days is to be expected on orders for sporting equipment. Cash claims have an approx waiting period of 60 days.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or incompletely received for any reason. Claimants MUST RETAIN THEIR TOKENS to validate their claim. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter will not be responsible for tokens damaged or defaced, or missing from bottles or product. We recommend that you send your claim by recorded or special delivery. All winning claims are subject to a full verification process.
- New Customer Definition: customer must accept a minimum delivery of 5 cases, and a minimum yearly order of 5 pallets. A new customer is somebody we have not supplied to within the last 12 months.
By entering into the Promotion, all entrants agree to participate in related and reasonable publicity without further recompense.
- The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are as stated. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK Data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s authorised agents for the purposes of running the Promotion) without the individual’s prior consent. Where a participant opts in to receiving marketing information from third parties, it is likely that the participant will be contacted by Harvest Juices partners.
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. By taking part in the Promotion you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland
